Wild Garlic Dried Cut Leaves Loose Herb ~ Allium Ursinum

Dried wild garlic (Allium ursinum ), also known as bear's garlic or ramsons, is a fine herb with a milder and more refined flavor than common garlic. Its dried leaves are used both as a seasoning in cooking and as a therapeutic drink to strengthen the circulatory and digestive systems. 

Culinary Uses

Dried wild garlic is extremely versatile and adds a subtle garlicky note without the strong odor of fresh garlic:

Seasoning: Sprinkle it over omelets , baked potatoes, risotto or boiled vegetables.

Sauces & Dips: Mix it into yogurt , cream cheese, hummus or marinades for meat and fish.

Pesto & Oil: You can incorporate it into homemade pesto or soak it in olive oil to create a flavorful salad dressing.

Soups: Add it at the end of cooking to vegetable or potato soups to preserve its aroma.

Add the herb towards the end of cooking, as prolonged heat can weaken its delicate flavor and nutrients.

To make tea, use 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves in a cup of hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes .
