Are your herbs and natural products made in Greece?
Many of our products are grown, collected or produced in Greece, while selected products may originate from other trusted regions known for their quality. You can find the available origin and product information on each individual product page.
Are your products 100% natural?
We carefully select natural herbs, spices, teas, oils, dried fruits and traditional products. Please check each product description and ingredient list for detailed information, especially if you have allergies or specific dietary requirements.
How should I use the herbs and herbal teas?
Preparation and suggested use may vary depending on the product. Please follow the instructions provided on the product page or packaging. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
How should I store my products?
Store herbs, spices and dried products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. After opening, keep the package properly sealed to preserve freshness, aroma and quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. Available shipping methods, delivery charges and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout based on your destination and order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination:
- Europe: approximately 4–7 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 3–9 business days
- United States: approximately 7–12 business days
- Canada: approximately 10–15 business days
- Australia: approximately 10–20 business days
- Other destinations: approximately 15–25 business days
These estimates may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, local courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
Is express shipping available?
Express delivery with UPS may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us before completing your order so we can confirm availability and cost for your destination.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are normally the responsibility of the customer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Depending on availability at checkout, we accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country, device and selected currency.
Is it safe to pay by card?
Yes. Card payments are processed through secure payment providers. HerbTradeHellas does not directly collect or store your complete card details.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for the courier’s tracking system to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to assist you, but an order cannot normally be changed or cancelled once it has been prepared or handed over to the courier.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and damaged products. Keep all packaging until your request has been reviewed.
Can I return a product?
Return eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, certain opened, used, unsealed or perishable products may not be eligible for return. Please review our Return Policy or contact us before sending anything back.
