Preparation & Usage:

How to Brew (Decoction):

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of cut Rustyback herb to a cup of cold water.

Bring to a gentle boil and simmer on low heat for 3-5 minutes .

Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes , then strain well.

Serving Tip:

Enjoy 1-2 times daily. Its mild, earthy taste pairs well with a drop of honey or a squeeze of lemon.
