The Redbush Rooibos Tea Ginger Lime is an aromatic, caffeine-free herbal blend that combines the base of South African Rooibos ( Aspalathus linearis ) with the refreshing notes of lime and the spicy kick of ginger.

Characteristics & Taste

Flavor Profile: It has a naturally sweet and earthy base with tones of honey and vanilla, which is balanced by the refreshing acidity of lime and the spicy aroma of ginger.

Caffeine-Free: It is ideal for consumption at any time of the day, as it does not cause overstimulation, making it suitable for the evening as well.

Low Tannin Content: Unlike black or green tea, Rooibos does not become bitter if brewed for a long time and does not inhibit iron absorption.

Preparation Instructions

Rooibos is a "hardy" herb and can withstand high temperatures without losing its quality.

Water temperature: 90°C – 100°C (boiling water).

Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons (about 2-4g) per cup.

Extraction time: 5 to 10 minutes. For a more "therapeutic" effect or a stronger flavor, it can remain in the water for up to 15 minutes.

Enjoy it hot for relaxation or cold (iced tea) with slices of fresh fruit for refreshment.
