The powder has a mild, earthy and slightly sweet flavor with notes reminiscent of roasted nuts or caramel.

Breakfast: Can be added to yogurt, porridge or energy bowls.

Traditional use: In parts of Latin America, the seeds are roasted and used as a coffee substitute .
