Lady's mantle, from the plant Alchemilla vulgaris, is the ultimate herb for women's health. Its name refers to the shape of its leaves, which is reminiscent of the folds of a woman's mantle, while it is historically associated with the care of women at all stages of their lives.

Preparation Method (Tea)

Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves to a cup of hot water

Leave it covered for 8-10 minutes .

Strain and drink it. It has a mild, slightly bitter and astringent taste. You can add honey.
