The dried Greek lemon slices( Citrus limon ) are a 100% natural product, usually produced without added sugar or preservatives. The process of slow dehydration at low temperatures allows the preservation of the intense aroma, characteristic acidity and nutrients of the fresh fruit. 

Uses & Applications

Dried lemon is a multi-tool for the kitchen and bar:

Drinks & Cocktails: It is the ideal garnish for Gin & Tonic, margaritas and detox waters, offering aroma without diluting the taste with additional liquids.
