Add 1 teaspoon of chopped eucalyptus leaves to a cup of boiling water.

Leave it covered for 8–10 minutes, strain and enjoy (optionally with a little honey).

For Steam Inhalations:

Boil water in a pot and add 1–2 tablespoons of leaves.

Inhale the steam for a few minutes for immediate nasal and chest decongestion.
