The Dried Pine Needle Tea comes from the species Pinus sylvestris (Scotland Pine). It is an ancient therapeutic drink, particularly popular in northern countries, known for its extremely high vitamin content and tonic effect. 

Contains up to 5 times more vitamin C than lemons, dramatically boosting the immune system.

Preparation Method

To preserve vitamin C, avoid prolonged boiling:

Put 1 tablespoon of dried needles in a cup.

Pour hot water (about 80-90°C , not boiling).

Leave it covered for 10-15 minutes .

Its taste is fresh, "woody" and slightly lemony. You can add honey or lemon.
