Dried Lungwort Leaves Herbal Tea ~ Pulmonaria Officinalis 

The Lungwort Leaf, scientifically known as Pulmonaria officinalis, is an herb traditionally used to support the respiratory system . Its name comes from the fact that the stigmas on its leaves resemble lung tissue, which led to its historical use for lung conditions.

How to Use and Dosage

Tea : According to herbal practices, add 1 teaspoon of dried herb to a cup of boiling water, cover for 10 minutes , and strain. It is recommended to consume 1-3 cups per day.

Combinations : It is often mixed with other herbs such as plantain or sage for enhanced anti-cough action.

Forms : Available as dried cut leaf for tea, in tincture form (drops) or in capsules. 

People with allergies to plants in the Boraginaceae family (such as borage or comfrey) should be careful.
