Description

Ceylon cinnamon powder is ground from the inner bark of Cinnamomum verum, traditionally grown in Sri Lanka. Often called true cinnamon, it has a delicate sweet aroma with light citrus, vanilla and clove notes.

Culinary uses

Add to cakes, biscuits, fruit, porridge, hot drinks, curries, stews and spice blends. Its softer profile works in both sweet and savory recipes.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry and dark place to preserve its aroma and flavor.
