As a Beverage (Decoction): 

Add ½ teaspoon of chopped bark to a cup of water.

Simmer for 5–7 minutes, strain and drink. 

Usage Tip:  It is preferably consumed at night before bed, as its effects usually appear after 6–10 hours.
