Rosehip Ground Powder is derived from the fruits of the rosehip ( Rosa canina ). It is one of the richest natural sources of vitamin C , while also containing vitamins A, B, E, flavonoids and antioxidants.

Instructions for Use and Dosage

How to Take: You can add 1 to 2 teaspoons daily to smoothies, fruit juices, yogurt or cereal.

Temperature: To avoid destroying sensitive vitamin C, avoid adding it to very hot drinks or foods during cooking.

Dosage: Typical doses used in studies range from 5 to 10 grams per day.
