The Pork Gelatin Sheets Premium Quality (120 Bloom) is a specialty culinary product used as a gelling agent in sweet and savory preparations. They are transparent, odorless and tasteless gelatin sheets derived from pork collagen.

Common Uses

Instructions for Use

Soaking (Blooming): Place the leaves in cold water for about 5-10 minutes until they soften and become pliable.

Wringing: Remove from the water and squeeze gently to remove excess moisture.

Dissolution: Add to hot (not boiling) liquid mixture and stir until completely dissolved.

Caution: Boiling destroys the gelling ability of gelatin .

Curing: Leave the mixture in the refrigerator to "set" according to your recipe.
