The Osmotic sea buckthorn ( Hippophae rhamnoides ) are dried fruits that have been processed using the osmosis method, which preserves their freshness, color and nutrients without the use of high temperatures. It is considered one of the top superfoods, containing over 190 valuable substances, including rare omega-7 fatty acids and extremely high levels of vitamin C.

Osmosis is a dehydration method where fruits are immersed in a concentrated solution (usually natural fruit juice such as apple) that draws moisture from their interior. 

Nutritional Value & Benefits

Vitamins: Contains 15 times more vitamin C than oranges, as well as vitamins A, E, K and B complex.

Omega Fats: It is the only plant source that simultaneously contains omega-3, 6, 9 and the rare omega-7 (palmitoleic acid).
