The Neem, known in India as "the village pharmacy", it comes from the Azadirachta indica tree . The powder from its leaves is one of the most powerful herbs in Ayurveda, with an extremely broad spectrum of action.

Ways of Use

Neem powder has a very bitter taste, so caution is needed: 

As a Tea: Mix 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of powder in hot water. Due to the bitterness, many add honey or lemon.

As a Mask (External Use): Mix the powder with a little water or rose water to make a paste. Apply it to areas with acne or irritation for 15 minutes.

In Smoothies: A small amount in green smoothies can be "covered" by the flavor of the fruit.
