In Ayurveda, Neem is considered the ultimate blood and liver cleanser.

The Dried Neem Leaves ( Azadirachta indica ) in cut form offer the same powerful healing properties as the powder, but are more suitable for making a classic tea or for external washes.

Ways to Use 

As a Tea: Put 1 teaspoon of leaves in a cup of hot water. Leave covered for 5-10 minutes .

Note: The taste is intensely bitter . You can mix it with a little mint or licorice to improve the taste.

External Use (Washes): Make a strong infusion (by boiling more leaves for longer) and use the cold to rinse the face (acne), scalp (dandruff) or irritated areas of the skin.

Water from boiled Neem leaves can be used as a spray for your plants to fight pests.
