Preparation and Use

Extraction: Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried flowers for a cup of hot water (not boiling, around 90°C).

Time: Leave covered for 7-10 minutes .

Combinations: It goes great with a little honey or lemon, while many people mix it with mint for a cooler sensation.
