Horseradish root decoction (Horseradish Root Powder Tea ), scientifically Armoracia rusticana, is a powerful, warming beverage known for its ability to "open" the respiratory tract and stimulate the digestive system. It belongs to the Cruciferous family (like mustard and wasabi) and its powder releases its characteristic caustic action upon contact with liquid. 

Main Features

Taste and Aroma: The powder in dry form is almost neutral, but when moistened it releases a strong, spicy aroma reminiscent of mustard seeds. Its taste is hot and pungent, causing a momentary burning sensation that quickly subsides.

Method of Preparation and Use

Decoction: Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of powder to boiling water. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes.
