Origin:European Union.
Dried hop flowers ( Humulus lupulus ) in loose form are traditionally used to make tea, offering a characteristic earthy and intensely bitter flavor. Although hops are known worldwide as a key ingredient in brewing, as an herb they are particularly valued for their relaxing properties.
Preparation Instructions
Use about 1-2 teaspoons of dried flowers for one cup of water.
Pour boiling water over the herb and let it steep for 5-10 minutes .
Because its taste is quite bitter, you can add honey or mix it with mint or chamomile.
Store in a shady, cool and dry place, as light and moisture quickly deteriorate its active ingredients.
