Preparation Instructions (Decoction)
Boil water (about 250ml).
Add 1-2 teaspoons of dried lemon balm leaves.
Let it infuse for 5-10 minutes (using a lid is recommended to preserve the essential oils).
Strain and enjoy, hot or cold.
