The Goat's Rue (scientific name Galega officinalis ) is a perennial herb of the legume family (Fabaceae), known primarily for its contribution to blood sugar regulation and support for lactation.

Time: Let it simmer or infuse for 5 to 15 minutes , depending on the desired intensity.
Consumption: Strain and drink up to 2-3 cups per day.
Like all herbs in free form, it should be stored in a shady, dry and cool place , preferably in an airtight glass jar, to maintain its freshness.
