Brewing Instructions

To prevent the tea from becoming bitter and to bring out the vanilla: 

Temperature: Use water at 75°C - 80°C (not boiling).

Time: Let it steep for 2 to 3 minutes .

Dosage: Approximately 1 teaspoon (2g) per cup.

Vanilla has relaxing properties that, combined with the L-theanine in green tea, help reduce stress and anxiety.
