The Dried Blackberries (Blackberries) by the Osmosis Method (No Added Sugar) are a top superfood, which preserves the nutrients of the fresh fruit almost unchanged thanks to its gentle processing. 

Osmosis is a natural dehydration process where water is removed from the fruit by immersing it in a solution of concentrated apple juice. 

Advantage: Heat treatment is avoided, which protects the structure, color and sensitive nutrients (such as vitamins and anthocyanins) from destruction.

Result: The berries remain soft and "juicy" in texture, having natural sweetness without the addition of granulated sugar. 

Blackberries (genus Rubus ) are among the richest sources of antioxidants in nature. They contain significant amounts of vitamin C for the immune system, vitamin K for bone health and manganese for metabolism.
