Extraction Instructions

Water Temperature: Use freshly boiled water at 90°C - 100°C .
Dosage: Approximately 1 teaspoon (or 2.5g) per cup (200-250ml).
Steeping Time: Let the leaves infuse for 3 to 5 minutes .
Accompanying: It is ideally drunk neat to enjoy its natural notes, but it also tolerates the addition of milk or sugar well due to its strong character.
