The dried angelica root tea ( Angelica archangelica ), also known as "Holy Ghost Root", is a traditional European herb with a strong earthy aroma and slightly bitter taste. It is widely used to support the digestive and respiratory systems , as well as to relieve anxiety. 

Preparation Instructions

Due to the harsh nature of the root, the infusion or prolonged extraction method is recommended:

Quantity: 1-2 teaspoons of dried root per cup of water.

Preparation: Simmer the root in water for 10-15 minutes (decoction) or pour boiling water and leave it covered for the same time (infusion).

Consumption: Strain and drink 1-2 times a day, ideally after meals for digestion.
