Preparation Instructions

Dosage: Use 1-2 teaspoons (about 2-3g) of dried herb per cup.

Temperature: Pour water that has just started to boil (approximately 95°C ).

Time: Leave covered for 7-15 minutes .

Serving: You can add honey or a little lemon to bring out its floral notes.
